WALTZ
It goes without saying, but the Waltz has a longer history than any other partner dance, but is still the favorite style for special occasions like weddings or holiday affairs.
FOX TROT

VIENNESE WALTZ
This is a very fast Waltz, elegant, romantic, and buoyant.

This is perhaps the most intricate and stylish of the Romance Dances. It has a sordid past and was looked down upon by the upper levels of society which makes it almost intoxicating today.
LATIN DANCES
RUMBA
This Latin Slow Dance has stood the test of time for its romantic movements and widely varied music styles.
CHA CHA
I think we could say that Cha Cha music has lent itself to more musical styles and wide range of speeds, and that versatility has kept it as a favorite on the island.
SALSA
Salsa is truly a show-stopper and sought after when played by both live bands or DJ's.
BACHATA
It could be said that Bachata has taken prominence as the most popular dance in the world in 2024. Bachata comes in two styles, Classic and Sensual. The dance also has notoriety as being the most compatible with other dances including Cha Cha and Tango

SAMBA
Samba is a monster hit that originated on Brazil. This couples' dance is lively and full of life, just like the music you hear at Carnival in Rio de Janeiro.
BOLERO
This romantic dance is truly expressive and slower than all of the other dances int he world. It favors closed embrace and affords all who dance it a chance to really connect with a partner.
THE SWING STYLES
EAST COAST SWING
This dance is loved by many generations and has remained popular throughout rock-n-roll of the 50's, top 40's of the 60's, disco in the 70's, country western in the 80's and is seen in every club playing today's current music.
JITTERBUG
Born in the Big Band era, it has stood the test of time through all musical Genres. It had a huge resurgence in the 80's and 90's with the poplularity of bands, such as Gig Bad Voodoo Daddy and the Brian Setzer Orchestra.
WEST COAST SWING
West Coast Swing is a partner dance with roots in Lindy Hop, characterized by an elastic look that results from its extension-compression technique of partner connection and is danced primarily in a slotted area on the dance floor. The dance allows for both partners to improvise steps while dancing together, putting West Coast Swing in a short list of dances that emphasize improvisation.
FOUR COUNT HUSTLE
Four count hustle can be described as the easiest dance on earth. It is full of spins, tucks, and breaks and enjoys the notoriety of being able to morph into more song styles than any other dance. This is definite MUST for dancers.
HUSTLE
Smooth, light, and ever-flowing, Hustle remains so popular that Hustle dance events still draw tremendous crowds.

NIGHTCLUB TWO STEP
Nightclub Two Step is one of our newer dances and holds a place of prominence because its smoothness of movement, and wide variety of music styles.
BLUES DANCE
This is another dance that is enjoying huge attention among lovers of Blues and others who love the vibe that Blues Clubs create. Cutting edge musical styles as well as 100 years of gritty earthy tunes make this an extremely popular dance.
SLOW DANCE
Originally known as Society Slow Dance, it has been danced in dinner clubs and at Galas for years through the last century. Clam and intimate, Slow Dance has been the preferred style to all who are dandling enough to take the floor, but not necessarily confident enough to go past the basics. We take you as far as you want to go, complete with spine and dips.

TWO STEP
